1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
Salt and freshly surface black pepper
Pinch of cayenne (optional)

For this particular evening I will give you, hands down one of the easiest appetizers you can make, with time for New Years Eve or New Years Day dinner with family.
2 sheets (1 container) iced puff pastry (such as Pepperidge Farm), defrosted overnight in the refrigerator
Flour, for dusting
1 extra-large egg
1 tablespoon water
1 cup finely grated Gruyère cheese
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground dark pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 levels F.
Move out each sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured table until it really is 10- by 12-inches.

Defeat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water and brush the top of pastry.
Sprinkle each sheet evenly with 1⁄4 cup from the Parmesan, 1⁄2 glass of the Gruyère, 1⁄2 teaspoon of the new thyme, 1⁄2 teaspoon of the salt, and some pepper. With the moving pin, gently press the flavorings in to the puff pastry.

Whew! It has been quite a 12 months. There were plenty of ups and a few downs. Looking back again as the yr draws to some close, I’m considering everything exercised for the best. I put my talk about of occasions when I just had to avoid, take a deep breath, and execute a little reassemble and reassess. But, general I can safely say I put the best Summer months of my entire life, (that I can keep in mind), turning 60 was a lot of fun, thanks to Amy, Laura, Holly, Dustin, Wee Bear (my party organizers) and about 90 good friends, senior high school classmates and relatives. Having Grandchildren is really a blast! And your blog is removing better than my best expectations, thanks to YOU! Wee Bear could not become more supportive in every my endeavor’s and is still my hero, my lifeline, my entertainer and my pal. Life is Great………..

In Germany people will drop molten business lead into cool water and make an effort to tell the future from the form it produced.
