5 Minute Strawberry Banana Ice Cream – Only 3 Ingredients
Strawberry Banana Ice Cream with 3 elements and only 5 minutes! It simply is actually dairy-free and you control the sweetener (sugars or sugar replacement). It is light and delicious!
No matter the weather we are always looking for mouth watering ice cream. Today we are enjoying a simple Strawberry Banana Glaciers Cream today. I truly enjoy making healthier goodies for my Munchkin. That does not generally include store bought ice cream as she actually is sometimes sensitive to sugar. If you have children, you are going to understand that some times I just don’t have the energy to cope with a glucose buzz. LOL
So, I decided to whip up a fabulously flavorful, creamy sweet dessert on her behalf. I used frozen fruits and a tiny bit of sugar. It really is AMAZING!!! It took less than five minutes, I utilized my blender Which is only 3 ingredients!
I have also made this recipe using honey, agave, stevia and maple syrup. The stevia natural powder or real sugar came out the very best, but check it out with your favorite sweetener and see what you think.

Simple Strawberry Banana Ice Cream – serves 8 (makes approximately 64 ounces)
4 huge bananas, frozen
4 mugs strawberries, frozen
2 tablespoons glucose (or powdered stevia)
Place strawberries within a bowl or measuring cup, sprinkle with sugars and toss to combine. Place dish in microwave at 30 second intervals before strawberries soften slightly and the sugars dissolves in the juice.
Add more bananas and strawberry mixture to the blender and blend until they reach the perfect consistency.
When your snow cream stops relocating the blender, cauliflower rice risotto instant Pot you will want to prevent and scrape down the pitcher from the blender and stir several times. About 2-3 minutes total blending time.
Your frozen fruit might separate into tiny frozen chunks before it becomes the perfect creamy consistency, therefore be patient.
