Simple Strawberry Banana Snow Cream – serves 8 (makes approximately 64 ounces)
4 large bananas, frozen
4 mugs strawberries, frozen
2 tablespoons glucose (or powdered stevia)
Place strawberries within a bowl or measuring glass, sprinkle with glucose and toss to mix. Place dish in microwave at 30 second intervals until the strawberries soften slightly and the glucose dissolves in the juice.
Combine bananas and strawberry mixture towards the blender and blend until they reach the perfect consistency.
When your glaciers cream stops moving in the blender, you should stop and scrape straight down the pitcher from the blender and stir a few times. About 2-3 minutes total blending period.
Your frozen fruit may separate into tiny frozen chunks just before it becomes a fabulous creamy consistency, so be patient.
Serve and enjoy! You can even transfer to a freezer safe container and invite snow cream to firm up in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 3 hours.
NOTE: There are no preservatives within your snow cream, so that it can freeze solid. Just remove from fridge 10 minutes before providing to allow to soften somewhat. If freezes and maintains beautifully!
