I’m not back from vacation just yet so I’ll keep this brief and sweet; I have to enjoy my last time in the sunshine!
Before I go, we should discuss these granola bars. They’re simple, delicious, and full of good-for-you substances and healthy body fat to help keep you satisfied. Plus they are incredibly an easy task to make!
First we toast the coconut, oats, and almonds within the oven.
Then just mix honey, almond butter, a little coconut oil, vanilla and cinnamon inside a saucepan to heat completely. The wet substances are then put into the dry mixture and tossed to mix. Easy!
Now I favor to bake these, nevertheless, you don’t necessarily need to. I’ve offered directions for both in the recipe! Depending on that you choose you may end up getting a chewy club, or a slightly crunchier bar. In any event, they’re delicious!
I love the actual fact that these are naturally sweetened and full of flavor in the coconut and almonds. But dark chocolate at the top? Yes, you really must!
It reminds me a little of a almond joy granola bar.<img src="http://www.recipes100.com/v/f67724eb9829319cf70df94773e84f51.jpg" alt="irish beef stew recipe” style=”max-width:430px;float:left;padding:10px 10px 10px 0px;border:0px;”> I trim mine into mini bite size parts to take pleasure from as a wholesome treat between foods.
Alright I need to work! Enjoy these pubs. I’ll be back again with vacation pictures soon!
xoxo
