Quick, easy and oh-so-flavorful, these frosty veggie pizza bites certainly are a traditional party food that also tastes great as a fun family meal.
I could remember the very first time I tried a cold vegetable pizza recipe like this a single. It was while i was about six yrs . old, and admittedly, the idea of crunching on fresh veggies didn’t look like the best someone to me at the time! Nevertheless, one bite and I was hooked.
I mean, who is able to beat a pizza that has a crust manufactured from crescent rolls , sauce” made from cream cheese and ranch, and chilly, crisp toppings?
When I believe of the cold veggie pizza, I think of family members functions or parties. It’s true, once you cut your veggie pizza into bite-size items, it’s actually the perfect finger food. Cut the pieces a little larger and this formula really works well as a fun family meal. Just ask my hubby and kids!
Cold Veggie Pizza Recipe
Of course, one of the best reasons for having this crescent veggie pizza recipe is its versatility. Can’t stand onions? No problem, leave them out. Rather have sliced cherry tomato vegetables on your own pizza? Great idea!
You can truly mix this recipe up in so many different ways. You could even let the kids get in in the fun by permitting them to sprinkle their toppings of preference on various areas of the pizza.

The ultimate party food, these cold veggie pizza makes an ideal appetizer or a fun family meal.
¼ glass Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Ranch dressing
1 tbsp. Freeze-dried chives
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic clove powder
¼ cup Crimson onion (chopped) – miss if you’re delicate to onions
¼ cup Green onion (chopped) – skip if you’re delicate to onions
2 tbsp. Cucumber (chopped)
½ cup cauliflower risotto (cut)
½ glass Broccoli (cut)
Preheat oven in 350 degrees F. Unroll crescent rolls, flatten, and press triangles jointly. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
Using mixer, combine cream cheese, chives, Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, onion powder, and garlic natural powder.
Remove crescent rolls from oven. Let cool.
Add a level of cream cheese spread to crescent rolls.
Sprinkle red onion, green onion, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and black olives.
Trim veggie pizza into bite size squares for appetizer, or bigger slices for meals.
Serve right away or refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilly.
