Easy Stuffed Cabbage

Gently lay leaves out on paper towels to dry. Cut stem from remaining cabbage and discard. Cut cabbage in half and grate into a big bowl, discarding any large items. In a big frying pan over med-excessive warmth, sauté onion and garlic for five minutes. Add tomato, remaining cabbage, salt, pepper and pink pepper if utilizing.

Roll, then fold either side inward and proceed rolling till the end. Secure it by attempting a chive or you can depart it as is if they don’t open.

I served these stuffed cabbage rolls with creamy mashed potatoes and my husband and I each thought the meal was scrumptious.

Serve with sour cream (my favorite) or plain Greek yogurt. Carefully minimize from the stem of the cabbage and peel off 10 giant leaves. Place in boiling water, stir gently. Drain in colander and rinse with cold water.

Red cabbage recipes are great vegetable dishes, very conventional and super scrumptious. Inexpensive and simply made, this German side dish is a family favorite. Mix corn starch with a little bit of chilly water.
