Made this on Sunday and it turned out nice. I had a bit extra cabbage than I thought left so my sauce had plenty of cabbage in it but is turned out delicious. I could have made the entire course of much simpler through the use of canned lentils and jarred tomato sauce, but I think the recipe would have suffered.
