In large dish, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour sugar and salt until even.
Heat a medium-sized skillet or crepe skillet over medium heat. Grease pan with a small amount of butter or essential oil applied with a clean or paper towel. Utilizing a portion spoon or small ladle, spoon about 3 tablespoons crepe batter into warm skillet, tilting the skillet so that bottom level surface is evenly coated. Cook over medium heat, 1 to 2 2 minutes on a part, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
