I’ve no idea how close it really is to the initial, but I think it’s yummy, creamy and refreshing! I love using metallic straws with my beverages it creates the beverages extra special!

Frosted Lemonade
⅔ glass unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons collagen (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place lemon juice, almond dairy, collagen, stevia, salt, and vanilla in blender. Turn on low for a couple of seconds to mix. While blender can be on low, gradually add glucomannan. Mix on low for 30 seconds and turn off. Add in ice and blend on high until ice cubes have been completely blended.

So easily added a bit of thm proteins powder rather than collegian would it not still be a FP? I can’t have collegian because of autoimmune disease where i make too much by myself.

Sounds yummy! Must try it! I put a horrible allergic attack towards the collagen- experienced hives for 14 days! So obviously I’ll omit it, do you sub 2 TBS proteins powder? Or just leave it out?

Oh, cauliflower risotto without Parmesan that’s thus sad! Allergic reactions can really end up being awful. You could sub in the proteins powder if you like. It may switch the taste slightly, but would probably still be good. It would be alright to leave it out aswell, you just wouldn’t be obtaining the proteins to create it a good, hearty snack.
