No-Bake Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies

I have to apologize beforehand for these sinfully mouth watering cookies… or cookie balls, whatever you’d like to call them. My aunt made these twelve months chicken feet good for you Xmas and I is at heaven. After consuming about twenty of them I then found out they had three sticks of butter – ah! Therefore now I only make them once or twice annually because they’ll seriously sit in my fridge and I will just eat them during the day.
You’ll need 1 1/2 cups of butter, 3 cups of oatmeal, 6 oz of chocolate chips, 3 1/3 cups of powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups of coconut flakes, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Find, I informed you this is sinful.
I really like the easiness of decorating these. Undoubtedly, a little move around in sanding glucose is the greatest.
How simple was that?
You could make any color beneath the sun and color-coordinate using the occasion. I’m warning you though, don’t make these all too often. I’m not in charge of any weight gain 🙂
Writer: Busy Mommy
Recipe type: Dessert
3 cups quick food preparation oats
6 oz. chocolates chips
Mix all elements in a large bowl by hand. Form into small balls and roll in sanding glucose. Keep refrigerated.
Great formula, definitely use your hands and arm muscles but well worth it We rolled mine in confectioners glucose by the end, Delicioso
Were left with all.100! All different sizes, that i wanted…sometimes you want just a little bit of sweet!

just curiously, how many cookie balls did you get out of the dough?
I made approximately 1 inch diameter cookie balls (maybe a little less) and got a minimum of 3 dozen
Well, it’s more sticky than runny, it’s hard to create into balls. I did so everything exactly from the recipe. I would try to add more oats and see what happens.
Very strange! Keep the butter chilly and try adding in even more oats is all I can think of. The dough should be very thick rather than too sticky-
The dough is too runny, it will not roll into balls and stay this way. What am I performing wrong?
I actually am totally and absolutely in love with this recipe! I adore coconut (and chocolate of couuurrsee!) however the oven we have is a comprehensive liability, so using a formula that by goes by this issue is fabulous! Lovely post certainly.
Let me know how you like them! They’re very decadent. My hubby doesn’t like them, but he also doesn’t like coconut. I’m deeply in love with them!
