Twelve months ago today I wrote my first post because of this blog. WHILE I started I must say i never thought anyone would read it. For two months I had been writing just for myself and the two other people I had told about your blog. Then I uncovered Foodbuzz, and was released to a broad world of food bloggers. These were kind and supportive, and I like to think that some of the people I’ve fulfilled” through Foodbuzz are my friends.
When I started composing the blog, I had formed trouble discovering what to mention. What is it people want to read? Then I came across this estimate:
Better to write on your own and have zero public, than to write for the public and have zero personal. ~Cyril Connolly
It helped me realize that writing for some imaginary potential target audience won’t work. This blog is a place for me to talk about my experiences with food, meals I love, and the occasional anecdote about my time. It’s a getaway from the day to day time above all else (occasionally I even compose my posts while at work when I have to clear my head; sshh, don’t inform anyone!)
My original plan was to remake the Amaretto Mozzarella cheese Tart We wrote about in my first post. An unexpected condo go to on Sunday transformed my plans. Rather I’m posting these Banana Nutella Muffins together with you. They seem appropriate since muffins are most likely the baked great I maximize.
I was hoping for more of a Nutella swirl turn to them, but I over-mixed the batter and lost the swirl. It’s ok, they still flavor great, as well as the Nutella drizzle at the top completely makes up for the lack of swirl inside.
Don’t be concerned, I’ll make the tart quickly!
Banana Nutella Muffins
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp cooking powder
1 ripe but solid banana for garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375. Collection a 12 glass muffin tin.
In a big bowl, combine the flours, baking powder and salt collectively.
In another bowl, Cauliflower Risotto Healthy blend the mashed banana, butter and egg collectively. Stir in the yogurt and vanilla.
Blend the wet in to the dry until just combined. Stir in the Nutella.
Pour batter evenly in to the prepared muffin tin. Best each muffin with slim slices of banana.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Once done, great on a wire rack. Drizzle with Nutella.
These muffins appear so good! I really like nutella. Thanks a lot for sharing!
