It’s in that person.
You know what else has been in my face a lot lately? Reality Television. Everytime I turn on it there it is. And you know very well what I think I secretly enjoy it. It’s addicting. Don’t judge.
Actually I kinda desire to be Giuliana Rancic’s companion. Mainly because I wish to raid her closet. But she appears nice and fun. And I wager she enjoys bananas. I’m going to tweet her and find out.

½ glass + 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
½ tablespoon olive or coconut oil

Monique,
Your coconut quick loaf of bread looks excellent. I was simply talking with Kim Ode of the Star Tribune Flavor section, they are running a tale on banana bread before the State Good, they asked for helpful hints.
The biggest thing I’ve noticed with bakers is they set their quickbread oven temp @ 350, I’d encourage visitors to preheat at 400 levels and bake the very first ten minutes at 400, and then turn the temp right down to 350.
B-Soda & B-Powder want intense high temperature to draw an initial POP”
by doing this the inside crumb will bake even more uniformally aswell.
On my blog I’ve some savory French & Dutch quick bread recipes beneath the heading State Good Handouts #2″ oh yeah…my blog is The Last American Baker”
I’m going to be sure to look at your blog! I really like the statefair.
Deb,
It’s really moist and mouth watering. Let me understand how to eat pigs feet as it happens!
I simply made this – I used coconut Aussie yogurt rather than the fat free Greek, and I left 2 egg yolks within the batter because hey, everyone’s gotta be considered a little indulgent occasionally, am I right? I also added some chia seed products for an extra fiber kick.
And my in laws too
Used genuine shredded coconut and only milk (zero orange juice). Also used only whole wheat flour.
It took just like a bit longer to bake though.
